This course was developed and Copyrighted by Delta Defense LLC and The United States Concealed Carry Association.  The goal of this course is to inform and educate real estate agents how to stay safe on the job.  The course will cover the following objectives:

• Recognize what aspects of your job that put you at risk of a violent encounter.
• Learn to avoid violent encounters by developing awareness.
• Learn how to understand and detect threat indicators.
• Recognize the physical and psychological effects you might experience during critical situations.
• Learn how to de-escalate an unwanted encounter.
• Develop a plan with options to stay safe.

As part of the instruction, participants will be guided through scenarios and given the opportunity to put into practice the knowledge and skills learned during the course.
