Women's Combative Fitness Classes : This high intensity workout is guaranteed to produce results! For ages 12 and up, these classes allow women to strike and kick heavy bags and focus mitts in controlled realistic scenarios that will get the adrenalin pumping. This program is for women who want to learn martial arts, self-defense and kickboxing skills, without the rituals of traditional martial arts classes. Included in this class will be lessons on self-confidence/self-esteem, personal protection, and nutrition. The program provides women a complete strength, flexibility and conditioning workout. Participants in this program wear a unique combative fitness uniform; hand wraps and MMA style gloves.
Men's Combative Fitness: For ages 12 and up, this high intensity mixed martial arts conditioning class develops speed, strength, power and endurance specific to a mixed martial arts fight, without the actual fighting. This program also targets those who want to learn martial arts and self-defense skills without joining a traditional martial arts class. Participants perform striking techniques on bags, focus mitts and will shadow box, wearing hand wraps and MMA style gloves.
