Adult Martial Arts Program
This program follows a multi-disciplined approach through which students experience a blend of martial arts styles. The system includes striking and kicking, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, grappling, street self-defense, weapons, breathing, forms and katas. This class provides students with a highly effective method of self-defense and appreciation for various disciplines of martial arts. Students can train and develop skills that can lead to a black belt.
You must be 16 years of age or older to participate this program.
